2026 Trader Information & Payment Options We are pleased to announce our 2026 event dates. Please read the information below carefully before booking. 2026 Event Dates Early Spring Fair – Saturday 14 March 2026 Mid Spring Fair – Saturday 25 April 2026 Late Spring Fair – Saturday 16 May 2026 Autumn Fair – Saturday 17 October 2026 Winter Fair – Saturday 21 November 2026 Christmas Fair – Saturday 5 December 2026 Pitch Prices Single pitch: £55 Double pitch: £110 Optional extras: Table hire – £10 per table Electricity – £10 per event All optional extras must be selected at the time of booking. Payment Options Payment can be made by bank transfer or Direct Debit payment plan (where available). All bookings must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event date. Important – Direct Debit Availability Direct Debit payment plans are not available for: Early Spring Fair – 14 March 2026 Mid Spring Fair – 25 April 2026 For these events, full payment by bank transfer is required at the time of booking. Direct Debit Payment Plans Available for: Late Spring Fair – 16 May 2026 Autumn Fair – 17 October 2026 Winter Fair – 21 November 2026 Christmas Fair – 5 December 2026 Payment plans may be weekly or monthly depending on how early you book. All payments must be completed at least 30 days before the event date. Example Pricing Single pitch only – £55 Single pitch with table – £65 Single pitch with table and electricity – £75 Example Monthly Payment Plan £75 total booking ÷ 3 months = £25 per month Example Weekly Payment Plan £75 ÷ 6 weeks = £12.50 per week £75 ÷ 4 weeks = £18.75 per week Important Notes Payment plans are fixed once agreed. Once a payment plan is approved, refunds are not available. Missed or failed payments may result in the booking being cancelled. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
