CALLING ALL HOT FOOD VENDORS! 
We are on the lookout for a local fantastic food vendor to join us at the 
Clun Valley Christmas Model Railway Show!   
 Saturday, 13th December 2025
  Clun Memorial Hall, SY7 8NY
 
Seeking someone to serve up delicious favourites such as:
 Bacon & sausage sandwiches
 Burgers & hot dogs etc
 Hot & cold drinks
 Cakes & sweet treats

This is a brilliant opportunity
to be part of one of our well-loved community events with a great crowd!

DETAILS

We are seeking a hot food vendor to provide a delicious fayre of hot food, drinks and sweet treats for all of our visitors attending the show from 10am until 4pm.
We would also need you to offer breakfast items such as bacon/sausage sandwiches etc from 8am for all of our traders, exhibitors and societies as well  who will be setting up from approximately 7am.

This will be an exclusive offer to one vendor only. 
We will be charging a very reasonable pitch fee with no additional percentage of takings of just £135.  
This is an inaugural event for Clun Valley and surrounding area, but given our considerable promotional experience we conservatively expect a captive audience of 300 plus attendees.
