For anyone who has purchased a ticket for the daytime event we will in the first instance ask you if you are willing to transfer to Saturday 27th March 2021.
We were are very aware that many of you may not be able to make this decision so far in advance.
When tickets were purchased it was on the understanding that no refunds would be made. However given the exceptional circumstances and entirely out of a gesture of good will we offer you a refund but it will be minus the booking fee.
We very much hope you understand the financial implications that postponing an event has on us. We are entirely self funded and we have no choice but to still pay out for all expenses incurred with hosting such an event.
Next years event will unfortunately take the toll and of course we will endeavour to provide a very exciting and enjoyable event, however it may well turn out to be in a different format.
We thank you for your understanding.
Please stay safe.
Am I entitled to a full refund?
Generally, if you bought your ticket for a cancelled event from an official seller, you should be entitled to a refund, often automatically.
However, additional costs, such as postage and booking fees, are unlikely to be reimbursed.
For anyone who purchased a ticket through a ticket-reselling website, such as Eventbrite, Skiddle, Ticketmaster etc refunds will depend on the site's terms and conditions.
If an event is moved and you cannot make the rearranged date, you should be entitled to your money back.
